We know you want your order ASAP. We are just as excited for you to receive your gorgeous items! We ship all orders out within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Exchanges/ Return/ Refund policyWe hope you love your item! If there are any issues please reach out! All clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
- Unopened, unused products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Customer is responsible for ALL shipping related fees.I.e to send the item back to us as well as to for the reshipment of the new item.
- Customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to request for an exchange.
- Customer must ship out product within 5 days after contacting us and provide tracking information.
- Product MUST be sent back in original packaging unopened & unused.
- Once the product has been received and approved for an exchange the customer will be required to pay the new shipping fee.
- Processing for the new item takes 2-3 business days.
We reserve the right to decline an exchange if it does not comply with our policies.
USA
Due to new U.S. tariffs applied to exchanges. Reshipment would result in additional costs for our customers. Because of this, we’re offering a refund option instead.
Please note:
-The customer is responsible for all return-shipping fees to ship the item back to our Canadian office.
-Your refund will exclude the original shipping charges and any duties paid to process and ship the order to you as these cost have already been incurred and cannot be retrieved.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN SHIPMENT FROM THE USA VIA ( FedEx, UPS,DHL)- Private couriers charge brokerage fees up to $30+
SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please verify that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information.
SHIPPING UPDATES/DELAYS/MISSED DELIVERIES
We want you to get your order as soon as possible however, once we ship out packages and hand them over to the shipping companies we no longer have insight to them as they are done externally using USPS OR CANADA POST. We can only see what you see via the tracking number. For questions about delays, missing or missed deliveries please contact the couriers directly with your tracking information to get the most up to date information.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Before Processing/Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been processed or shipped.
After Processing/Shipping: Orders that have been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds (Excluding Processing Fees): If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a refund minus the non-refundable payment processing fee. Payment processing fees are typically up to 5.5% of the total transaction amount . These fees are charged by our payment processor and are not recoverable, even in the event of a cancellation.
Refunds (excluding processing fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, & Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
IMPORT DUTIES
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the shipping cost & are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, import fees, taxes and brokerage charges are the recipient’s responsibility. As a small business, we have no control over these fees, as they are set by the receiving countries government.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please note that for all shipments, Arewam Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order and be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. The Courier will either leave a delivery notice if the customer isn't available at the location and retry delivery at another date, or they will leave the parcel at the front door or mailbox based on their discretion. ArewamiBeauty will not be held responsible for orders that have been noted delivered via the tracking information but not received by the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If a delivery address is submitted incorrectly when an order is placed, Arewami Beauty assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders.
If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please notify us immediately via email support@arewamibeauty.com . We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Holiday Delivery
Please note that there may be delivery delays due to the holidays. We cannot 100% guarantee that packages will be delivered in the exact time frame stated so please bare with us.
